Return Policy

For a product that remains unused and is still in its original, unopened packaging:

You may return the product to our store within 14 working days from the day the order is received, accompanied by the receipt.

You have the option to exchange the product for another of equal value or receive a refund for the product’s value.

For a product that is unused and remains in its original, opened packaging:

The return of the product can be made at our store within 14 working days from the date of purchase, along with the receipt.

Our Technical Department will assess the product, and if it aligns with our Warranty Policy, we will proceed with the return. In such cases, you can opt for another product of equal value or receive a refund for the product’s value.

Cancellation Policy

If you’ve opted for in-store pickup, you can cancel your order within one business day of order confirmation.

For delivery, cancellation is possible until the product is dispatched to the delivery service. Once the product is sent, cancellation is no longer available.

However, you can initiate a return by following the instructions outlined in the “Return Policy”.
